Nizam started in a back office in Kuala Lumpur, on a Thursday night, in front of eleven spreadsheets that refused to agree.
In 2019 our founder was running a nineteen-shop retail group under three trading names. Every month closed the same way: four days collecting numbers, two days arguing about them, and one day making a decision that was already a week late.
The software on the market fell into two camps. Either it was built for a single desk and buckled at the third location, or it was an enterprise suite that required a consultant, a year and a budget nobody had. Almost none of it treated a second language as anything but a plugin.
So we built the third option: a system that assumes more than one of everything from day one — more than one trading name, more than one location, more than one product to run them with — reads and writes in whatever language the person in front of it uses, and costs what a small business can actually pay.
