Terms of service

The agreement between your business and ours.

Agreement

These terms govern your use of the Nizam platform. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them on behalf of your business.

The service

We provide access to the Nizam platform on a subscription basis, including updates and support at the level of your plan. Features may be added or improved over time; we will not remove a material feature you rely on without notice.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account, for keeping credentials secure, and for the actions of the users you invite. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use the service to break the law
  • Do not attempt to access another customer's data
  • Do not resell or sublicense access without a written agreement
  • Do not overload or probe the infrastructure

Fees and billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly, in advance, at the price of the chosen plan. Upgrades are prorated immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current period. Prices exclude applicable taxes.

Trials

Free trials run for the stated period with no payment details required. At the end of the trial the account pauses unless you subscribe. We do not charge automatically.

Your data

The data your business enters remains yours. You may export it at any time. We process it only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy.

Availability

We aim for continuous availability and publish planned maintenance in advance. Enterprise agreements may include a specific uptime commitment.

Termination

You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend an account for non-payment or serious breach, after giving notice where it is reasonable to do so.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
