Nizam provides business management software to companies of any size — invoicing, payroll, inventory and point of sale. This policy explains how we handle personal data on our website and inside the product.
What we collect
On this website we collect only what you give us: the name, email, phone number and message you submit through a form, plus the language you chose and basic technical information such as your IP address and browser, which we keep to prevent abuse.
Inside the product we process the data your business puts there — employees, customers, suppliers, items and transactions. That data belongs to you. We act on your instructions and do not use it to train anything or sell it to anyone.

Who we share it with
We share data only with the service providers who help us run the platform — hosting, email delivery and payment processing — under contracts that limit them to that purpose. We never sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Website enquiries are kept for 24 months. Product data is kept for as long as your subscription is active, and for 90 days after it ends so you can export it. After that it is deleted from live systems and from backups on the next backup cycle.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you, and you can withdraw consent for marketing email at any time. Write to us and we will respond within 30 days.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is restricted to staff who need it, and every administrative action is logged. We run daily encrypted backups and test restoration regularly.
Changes
If we change this policy materially we will say so on this page and, for subscribers, by email before the change takes effect.
