What is inside

What is inside

The whole product, not a preview of it.

Nothing to type in

Invoices, receipts, POS sales, hotel stays, supplier bills and expenses post themselves. The books can never disagree with the documents they come from.

A complete chart of accounts

Cash, bank, receivables, VAT, payables, salaries, GOSI, rent, utilities and more — 46 standard accounts under their headings, plus any you add.

Journal and general ledger

Every entry as debits and credits, and every account line by line with its running balance, opening and closing.

Customer and supplier statements

What each customer was charged and paid, what each supplier billed and was paid, and what is still owed — or paid in advance.

Cash and bank book

Every amount in and out of cash and bank, with the document it settled and the app and branch it came from.

Financial statements

Trial balance, profit and loss with gross profit, and a balance sheet that splits current and non-current — each checked to balance.

How it works

From a document to your balance sheet

You keep working in your apps. Accounts turns what they record into books.

  1. 1
    Step 1

    Connect Accounts

Open Accounts and choose your organization. No setup, no plan — it reads the apps already connected to it.

  2. 2
    Step 2

    Work as usual

Issue invoices, take payments, ring up sales, check guests out, record supplier bills and expenses in your other apps.

  3. 3
    Step 3

    Posted automatically

Each document becomes a balanced journal entry: an invoice raises income and what the customer owes, its receipt moves that into cash or bank.

  4. 4
    Step 4

    Read your ledgers

Every account line by line, each customer's and supplier's statement, and every movement of cash and bank.

  5. 5
    Step 5

    See the statements

Trial balance, profit and loss and balance sheet for any period — for the whole business or one branch, POS or building.

  6. 6
    Step 6

    Shape your chart

Add accounts of your own, rename them in both languages, and send each expense category to the account it belongs in.

And everything underneath

The parts you set once and stop thinking about.

  • Read it for one place

Filter every page by branch, by POS or by hotel building — and by period, account, document type or app.

  • Your own accounts

Add accounts under any heading, rename the standard ones in both languages, and link expense categories to the account they belong in.

  • In both languages

Every account has a Primary and a Secondary name, and the whole app reads in English or Arabic.

  • Your dates, your time

Dates and times follow each person's own format and timezone.

  • Who may see it

Give your accountant access through roles; only the owner can change the chart of accounts.

Yes. It has no plan and no trial and never locks — it comes with your Nizam account.

No. Every entry comes from a document recorded in your other apps — an invoice, a receipt, a POS sale, a hotel stay, a supplier bill or an expense — so the books always agree with them.

Invoice, POS, Hotel and Inventory — every app connected to the same organization. As more apps arrive, such as Payroll, they post to accounts that are already in the chart.

They are two different events in the books. The invoice records the sale (income and VAT, and what the customer owes); the receipt records the money arriving (cash or bank up, the customer's balance down). The income is counted once.

Accrual: an invoice counts as income when it is issued, paid or not, and a supplier bill as a cost when it is received. Drafts, cancelled and deleted documents never count.

Yes. Every page can be read for the whole business or for any branch, POS or hotel building, over any period.

Yes. The owner can add accounts under any heading, rename any account in both languages, and link expense categories to an account. Standard accounts keep their code, because the automatic posting uses it.

They are held as customer advances, and applied to the stay's invoice at checkout — exactly as an accountant would book them.

The owner, and anyone whose role is given access to Accounts — your accountant, for example.
